How do I sign in?

Go to web address to sign in. On the login page, enter your username and password that you used when registering your account.

How do I register an account?

Registering for the service takes place according to the instructions you received. Click "Sign up" and enter the information requested by the system. After creating an account, you can log in to the HomeRun with the account you created. Always make sure that you log in from the internet address according to the instructions provided to you.

I have forgotten my user name or password?

You can reset your password on the login page by clicking "Forgot password". Enter the same email address you used when logging into the program for the first time and we will send you an email containing further instructions on how to reset your password and username.

How do I manage multiple apartments?

When registering your second apartment:

  1. Login with your existing credentials
  2. Choose "Activate new profile" from the top right corner
  3. Enter new activation code and continue with the instructions

You can choose the apartment right after logging in. At any time, you can switch between apartments by clicking "Change profile" from the top right corner.

Several apartments can be managed with just one user account and password. If you already have multiple user accounts and wish to consolidate apartments into one account, then ask the constructor or property manager to send you a new activate code & delete the old user account.
